1954-55: Team member of Gymnastic delegacy of Tian Jing City.

Gained 1st place of free exercise and 1st place of jumping over in teen-age gum games of Tian Jing City.

1955-60: Achieved 2nd class and then 1st class of State Gymnastic Athlete.

Gained 1st place of free exercise and 1st place of jumping over in Beijing Undergraduate Athlete Meeting.

In 70 years: Wushu teacher, practice martial arts.

1980-95: Practice Xing Yi quan and Taijiquan.

1996: Gained 1st place of Wu Style Taijiquan in Shenyang City Taijiquan Competition.

Specially invited researcher of Wu Dang Boxing Research Society.

1997: Standing member of Zhao Bao Taijiquan Union, Wenxian, China.

Achieved 2nd class drillmaster of Taijiquan issued by Chinese State Sport Commission.

Achieved excellence master of Wushu Association of Chinese Academy of Sciences.

His biography included in “Who’s Who in the World” (Chinese Volume, later in English).

1998: Gained gold medal of Wu style taijiquan in Liaoning Province Athlete Meeting.

Achieved Wushu 6 Dan issued by Chinese Wushu Association.

1999: Gained gold medal of Taijiquan and gold medal of Taiji Sword in Wushu Competition, Milan Italy.
