Part of a movement in the Form (Zhao Bao style)

It is so called the execution in the series of chained
movements in which the tai-chi is developed. The number of movements
that each form contains is marked by each of the martial techniques,
sometimes repeating itself more than once in every form. Certain techniques,
for example, the 24 movements of the simplified Yang form, have in
fact, many movements that are repeated. On the other hand, every movement
of the form does not correspond to what we would understand them to
be since every ´´movement´´ is usually, at
the same time, a series of chained movements which are manifested
in a concrete defence-attack form. For example, when we intercept
a blow from someone, at the same time we grasp his arms, pull him
downwards and with the other hand going upwards, we make him loose
his balance. This is considered a single action divided into various
movements; this is why in tai-chi it is considered one single movement.
